Payment – Online payment is made via Stripe.

Order Times – A number of items are in stock, however some larger pieces are made to order. Depending on the piece between 1 to 4 weeks.  If you require an item for a specific date, please contact me before ordering to ensure your request can be honoured.

Delivery and Shipping Information – Free shipping within the UK on orders over £60 All UK shipments are sent by Royal Mail. Postal addresses must be accurate to ensure guarantee delivery.

Customs Charges – International customers are responsible for any duties and / or taxes that may be owed on arrival in the destination country.

Returns Policy – If you are not happy with your piece I will offer a refund, if the piece if a special commission and made to order, I do not offer a refund but will be happy to exchange the item for something else.

If an item is damaged or faulty I will repair or replace it for you,  please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning an item.

Unless agreed with me prior to posting, you will cover the cost of returning the item.

Cancellation Policy –  Due to the nature of my business orders must be cancelled or amended with 24 hours of order. Please email me with the subject heading “URGENT” at design@fleurgrenier.co.uk
